FAQs

  • What is the processing time?
    I will always do my best to get your artwork over to you as soon as possible. If you have purchased an artwork from the website, please allow 3-5 business days for your artwork to be packaged an dispatched. Standard delivery with AusPost can take between 2-8 business days, depending on your location. If you have ordered a commission, I will be in touch with you and we will work together on a timeline that works best for your unique artwork.
  • What are your shipping costs?
    Shipping cost can be around $20 - $30 depending on the weight and size of the package. International shipping is available for NZ, US, UK, Canada and select countries across Asia. International shipping costs are calculated by the weight and size, please get in touch with me through the Instagram and I will provide you with quote.
  • Picking up Artwork available?
    Yes, you can always pick up from my home based studio in Boxhill, NSW 2765.
  • Do you take custom orders?
    Yes, I do, please please the required details in the Custom Art page, choose the Painting that you like and your preferred size and colour and I will be in touch with you to discuss further.
  • What is your refunds and returns policy?
    I do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. You are welcome to get in touch with me upon purchasing your artwork to ask any additional questions, to ensure you are choosing the perfect piece for your home.
  • What happens if my artwork arrives damaged?
    As such there will be no damage, which I will make sure, but incase if it does, please get in touch with me and we will work the way around.
  • Where do you ship to?
    I ship Australia wide, local to Boxhill, Sydney is free delivery. I can deliver international, the cost may vary depending on size and location, contact me via my instagram and can get quote for you.
